Takayuki Daikoku – Inauguration of Wood Cell and walk to Land Art Schlosspark Wagenitz

3 pm: Inauguration of Wood Cell by Takayuki Daikoku, a permanent sculpture in front of Schwedenturm at the very heart of Wagenitz. The artist will be present.
Address: 14662 Wagenitz, in front of Schwedenturm (central location)
Afterwards: Collective walk  to nearby landscape park (formerly Schlosspark) Wagenitz to Land Art Schlosspark Wagenitz. The entrance to the park is marked by a  wood-glass stele of BUGA (Federal Horticultural Exhibition).
5.30 pm: Reception of the artist in his studio in Friesack (9 km distance). Address details will be handed in Wagenitz.

Takayuki Daikoku  – Land Art Schlosspark Wagenitz

During the BUGA Havelregion the Land Art project by Takayuki Daikoku in Schlosspark Wagenitz is open to the public. It can be visited parallel to BUGA until October 11 in the enchanted grove of the Schlosspark. The county of Havelland has commissioned the artist to realise the art project nearly two and a half years ago.
This art project takes place under the patronage of His Excellency the ambassador of Japan,
Mr. Takeshi Nakane.
It also is official part of the Asian Pacific Weeks 2015 of the Asien-Pazifik-Forum Berlin.
